NEW
Sven
Vollrath, speaker of Mister Wolfgang Thierse, President of the german Bundestag,
will
visit the hungerstrikers on wenesday, july 25th, 16:00 pm.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a first point in common :
They once married a german partner. Children
were born abroad, have grown and went to school for their first years in
the USA, in France, in South Africa,.... One day, whilst holidaying in
Germany, the german parent decided by themselves to stay "in der Heimat"
with the children.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a second point in common:
As a victim of their German partners or
spouses, who abducted the children to Germany, they all have NOT been considered
by JUGENDAEMTER and German judges as an equal parent to the German parent.
They have no right over their own children.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a third point in common :
As a victim of their German partners or
spouses, Jugendaemter, German judges, they have been put in jail or have
been threatened to be put into jail by German judges, Jugendamt and police,
if they simply wanted to see their abducted children in Germany. As a victim,
they have been systematically criminalized by a German administration.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a fourth point in common :
They could not see their children for
YEARS, in good cases only for a few hours in years and LIKE CRIMINALS UNDER
CONTROL OF A JUGENDAMT IN GERMANY. In every case, the German Jugendamt
acted as a no cost lawyer on the side and in favour of the German parents.
In every case, the German Jugendamt considered that the victim parent had
to pay, even if no judgement regarding custody has yet been made by any
judge.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a fifth point in common :
They are responsible parents and love
their children. MOST OF THEM HAVE BECOME THE CUSTODY FOR THEIR CHILDREN
BY THE COURT AT THE PLACE WHERE THEY STAYED AS A COMPLETE FAMILY.
All these American, French, South African
and German parents have a sixth point in common :
THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY GERMAN JUDGE'S
DECISIONS, BECAUSE THEY ALL KNOW THAT GERMAN JUDGES HAVE TAKEN THEIR DECISIONS
IN VIOLATION OF ALL INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND CONVENTIONS REGARDING CHILDREN
[and victim parent's] RIGHTS AND WELFARE.
OUR CHILDREN DO NOT BELONG TO JUGENDAEMTER,
TO GERMAN JUDGES OR TO GERMANY. THEY BELONG TO BOTH PARENTS. WE ARE ONE
OF THESE PARENTS. WE WANT SEE OUR CHILDREN. NO MORE. NO LESS. That's why
we are in hungerstrike. Please let the world know about the way we and
our children are considered by german justice. If you are married to a
german, just imagine what would happen to you if he/she decides to separate.
