"Männer im 'Batman' Dachspitzenprotest"
Zwei Männer, die als Batman und Robin
gekleidet waren, sind auf das Dach des königlichen Gerichtshofes geklettert,
um gegen die schlechte Behandlung von Vätern in den Familiengerichten
zu protestieren.
Eddie Goldzahn und lustiger Stanesby,
Mitglieder des Interessenverbandes Väter für Gerechtigkeit, erkletterten
die Fassade des Gerichtsgebäudes kurz nach 4 Uhr in der Früh.
Gruppensprecher Glen Poole sagte, daß die Männer sich selbst "Kreuzfahrer für Gerechtigkeit mit Umhang" nennen würden.
Er sagte, sie wollen, Aufmerksamkeit auf die Kampagne der Gruppe lenken, um geschiedenen Vätern korrekten Zugang zu ihren Kindern zu sichern.
Die Männer beabsichtigen, eine Woche lang auf dem königlichen Gerichtshof zu bleiben und hatten Nahrung, Kleidung und Bettwäsche mitgenommen.
Herr Poole sagte, die Aktion sei der Anfang einer Kampagne der Gruppe "Ziviler Ungehorsam" gegen Gerichtshöfe in ganz Großbritannien.
Ein Sprecher von Scotland Yard bestätigte, daß zwei Männer, die als Batman und Robin gekleidet waren, auf dem Dach des Gerichtes waren.
"Wir überwachen die Situation und versuchend, sie zu überzeugen, herunter zu kommen," sagte er.

"Men in 'Batman' rooftop protest"
Two men dressed as Batman and Robin have
climbed on to the roof of the Royal Courts of Justice to protest over the
treatment of fathers in the family courts.
Eddie Goldtooth and Jolly Stanesby, members
of the pressure group Fathers for Justice, scaled the side of the court
building in The Strand just after 4am.
Group spokesman Glen Poole said the men were calling themselves "the caped crusaders for justice".
He said they were hoping to draw attention to the group's campaign to ensure divorced fathers were given proper access to their children.
The men intend to remain on top of the Royal Courts of Justice for a week and had taken food, clothes and bedding with them, he added.
Mr Poole said the stunt was the start of a campaign by the group of "civil disobedience" against the court system across the UK.
A Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed that two men dressed as Batman and Robin were on the roof of the courts.
"We are monitoring the situation and trying to persuade them to come down," he said.
