Ladies and gentlemen,

the above named brochure of the United Nations has been translated into German by the National Coalition. Its German title is:

ANLEITUNG FÜR NICHTSTAATLICHE ORGANISATIONEN (NGO) ZUR ERSTELLUNG VON BERICHTEN AN DEN AUSSCHUß FÜR DIE RECHTE DES KINDES

Expert accompaniment: Prof. Dr. Konrad Macht, Katholische Erziehergemeinschaft (KEG)

This translation being very difficult to obtain publicly we have asked for the English original at Geneva and had it translated into German. Our translation is being kept close to the English version in order to preserve its international character. Afterwards we  have made a comparison (Comprehensive file):

Comparing the translations we found out that the translation by the National Coalition is containing mistakes changing the meaning. A reason for this translation to be passed on only "under the counter"? A short extract from the Comprehensive file is enclosed.
